Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of work experience in education and/or operations management.
• Demonstrated leadership with team or project management experience.
• Strong project and time management with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervises School Operations Associate.
• Oversees purchasing, invoicing, and procurement processes.
• Coordinates meals, transportation, and student data operations.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and high standard of front office operations.
• Plans events and manages school communications; supports parent engagement.
• Supports field lesson logistics and travel arrangements.
• Maintains school calendar updates for the School Leader.
• Provides tours for prospective families.
