Job summary

KIPP Texas Public Schools seeks an Assistant Principal of Operations to lead operational systems across campuses, ensuring safe, efficient attendance, enrollment and daily school functions. This role emphasizes data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement to support teaching and learning.

The APO will manage a high-performing team, partner with school leaders and families, and help oversee budget, safety and communications to maintain a thriving learning environment.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of related work experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience in operations or education.
• Preferred experience in people management.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs and continually evolve school-based operations policies and procedures such as arrival and dismissal.
• Oversees attendance, onboarding, verification, and documentation compliance.
