Job summary

KIPP Texas Public Schools is seeking an Assistant Principal of Operations to lead operational systems and drive a data-driven, service-oriented culture across campuses. You will support a School Leader and APs, focusing on efficient processes, attendance, enrollment, and safety.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement and teamwork to ensure strong teaching and learning environment. The APO will manage a high-performing team, collaborate with families and staff, and help implement school-wide

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of related work experience
• Minimum 3 years experience in operations or education
• Preferred experience in people management
• Bilingual: English and Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Builds a strong and diverse team with an inclusive culture
• Manages and develops others toward excellence in their role and long-term development
• Establishes ongoing cadence to facilitate collaboration, training and support of the team
• Progress monitors execution of responsibilities with a high bar for accountability
• Partners with families to set attendance expectations and improve enrollment
• Oversees enrollment, onboarding, verification, and documentation compliance
• Leads development and planning of cultivation efforts with families and stakeholders
