Job summary

KIPP Texas Public Schools is seeking a School Operations Associate for a full-time, on-site role in San Antonio. You will manage day-to-day school-based operations, oversee transportation logistics, and coordinate with nutrition services to support student attendance and daily operations.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) with 2–3 years of related experience in operations or education and strong organizational skills to support a safe, well-run school environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual: English and Spanish preferred.
• 2-3 years of related work experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in operations or education.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day school-based operations policies and procedures.
• Implements daily school-wide procedures (arrival, lunch, dismissal).
• Oversees daily busing operations and coordinates changes.
• Coordinates with Child Nutrition for meal cards and rosters.
• Supports field lesson logistics by booking buses and meals.
• Schedules shared space and ensures substitutes are booked with attendance materials.
