Job summary

DREAM in New York, NY is seeking a part-time Extended Learning and Enrichment Operations Coordinator to support two campuses. The role covers front desk operations, vendor invoicing, inventory management, and student recruitment for extended learning and enrichment programs.

The position reports to two Directors of Operations, requires bilingual Spanish/English, and offers afternoon hours with a pay rate of $22–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, required; Bachelor’s degree, preferred;

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Support with the ordering process and ensures orders are placed and delivered in a timely manner.
• Student Recruitment: Supports with outreach and enrollment of DREAM students into extended learning and enrichment programming.
• Facilities Management: Identify and escalate facilities issues to the Facilities Team and assist with reserving spaces for programming.
• Administrative Support: Maintain student information systems, vendor contracts, and manage mail intake and records.
• Office Management: Oversee delivery system, keep the office organized and maintain staff communications.
• Student Meal Service: Place food orders and coordinate logistics for school meals and snacks.
