Job summary

DREAM is seeking a part-time School Operations Coordinator to support two campuses with front-desk operations and daily administrative functions. The role covers inventory, vendor invoicing, student records, and family engagement for DREAM’s extended learning and enrichment programs.

You will work Monday–Thursday 2pm–7pm and Fridays 11am–6pm at Mott Haven Elementary School and DREAM Charter High School in the Bronx.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Availability some early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
• Strong commitment to customer service and organizational mission.

Responsibilities

• Support two DREAM campuses with front-desk operations and admin tasks.
• Assist with vendor management, invoicing, and inventory ordering.
• Coordinate intake, attendance tracking, and staff rosters for extended learning.
• Support student recruitment, family engagement, and events logistics.
• Maintain office and shared spaces, and assist with meal service logistics.
