DREAM is seeking a Part-Time School Operations Coordinator to support Extended Learning and Enrichment at two DREAM Charter Schools. The role reports to two Directors of Operations and focuses on front desk operations, vendor management, inventory, and student enrollment activities.

Ideal candidates bring strong administrative skills, bilingual Spanish/English abilities, and a customer-service mindset. Shift is 2pm-7pm on weekdays, with occasional evenings or weekends.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English required.

• Support day-to-day operations of extended learning and enrichment at two campuses.
• Maintain administrative systems and handle front-desk duties and inquiries.
• Assist with vendor management, invoicing, inventory, and ordering.
