Job summary

DREAM is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to serve as an Extended Learning and Enrichment Operations Coordinator (posted as Part-Time School Operations Coordinator). The Coordinator will report directly to two Directors of Operations and support the day-to-day operations for two DREAM campuses (elementary and middle school).

The role covers inventory management, student recruitment, facilities management, administrative support, and office management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, required.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English, required.
• Availability on some early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a non-profit setting.
• Strong commitment to customer service and understanding of administrative functions to the organization's mission.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: support ordering process, maintain procurement platform, keep supplies stocked.
• Student Recruitment: assist with outreach and enrollment, SchoolMint support, family tours.
• Facilities Management: identify facilities issues, coordinate spaces for programming and events, maintain aesthetics.
• Administrative Support: manage student information systems, vendor contracts, mail intake, student records.
• Office Management: oversee delivery system, keep office organized, maintain common spaces, support family communications.
• Student Meal Service: place food orders, coordinate meal logistics, maintain vendor relationships.
• Qualifications: high school diploma, bilingual in Spanish/English, availability for non-traditional hours.
