Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1 year of office, administrative, patient care, call center, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required at level 9 for ALTA differential compensation.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; knowledge of Epic systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages multi-line scheduling phone queue and routes calls to appropriate staff.
• Schedules patient appointments for medical and integrated providers per guidelines.
• Verifies and updates patient demographics, insurance, and income information.
• Notifies patients of schedule changes and updates calendars accordingly.
• Coordinates with Patient Benefits Coordinators for benefits/insurance options and schedules related appointments.
