EIS Legacy LLC, a leading supplier in electrical process materials, is seeking a procurement professional to manage purchases from requisition to receipt. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and SAP expertise to ensure compliant ordering, price competitiveness, and timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in business or supply chain and 3+ years of experience, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment within Texas

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• Three or more years of experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• SAP expertise required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Manage purchase orders from requisition to goods receipt in alignment with ERP/MRP and customer requirements.
• Procure goods or services at the right time and at a competitive price in the right quantity.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement processes and supplier relationships to ensure price, quality and on-time delivery.
• Communicate price changes and lead times with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels; participate in supplier evaluations and scorecards.
