Job summary

STRATTEC Security Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to interpret and manage customer demand using STRATTEC systems, maintaining optimal inventory levels at STRATTEC and at customer plants. You will be the primary liaison to the customer's Materials analysts and ensure on-time delivery performance.

The role requires strong ERP experience (AS400), excellent organization, bilingually English/Spanish, and coordination with planning to address shortages and drive customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2–4 years related experience in customer service.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is required.
• Experience with invoicing and working in ERP environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interprets and manages customer demand using STRATTEC systems.
• Maintains inventory levels at STRATTEC, in transit, and at customer plants.
• Serves as the primary contact to customer Materials analysts.
• Ensures STRATTEC delivers on commitments with 100% delivery scores.
• Coordinates with Planning and Customer to manage shortages and lead status meetings.
