Zusammenfassung

PBS Systems in Arlington, TX is seeking a bilingual (French/English) Sales Support Analyst to join our Client Services team. You will deliver knowledgeable, timely support to our dealership clients via phone, email, and live chat, resolving issues or escalating when needed.

You will manage customer interactions in our ticketing system, collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery, and pursue program certifications within 18 months.

Qualifikationen

High school diploma is required.
Valid driver's license is required.
Experience in customer service or helpdesk is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Windows 10/11, Outlook, Excel, Word)
Fluent in French and English communication.

Aufgaben

Handle incoming issues through support channels and respond professionally.
Log all interactions in the ticketing system and escalate as needed.
Collaborate with other teams to improve service delivery.
Identify process improvements to enhance client experience.
Develop knowledge of PBS software and infrastructure.
Achieve and maintain KPI targets.
Travel at least 1 week per month within the US and Canada.
Stay updated with software enhancements and releases.
Commit to personal development and cross-training.
