Job summary

ISN is seeking a motivated, bilingual Business Development Associate to join its Customer Service team in Dallas. You will engage English- and French-speaking clients via phone, chat, and email and lay foundations for a career in B2B sales through structured growth over 12–24 months.

You will help manage client inquiries, build strong relationships, and collaborate with internal teams on retention and engagement while participating in sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced fluency in English AND French (written and verbal) required.
• Desire to work in customer service and move into B2B sales within 12-24 months.
• Required to work in office at least 3 days a week
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assisting English- and French-speaking customers via phone, chat and email
• Handling inbound client inquiries and providing proactive customer support
• Troubleshooting platform, account, and compliance-related issues
• Building trust and strong working relationships with clients
• Learning how businesses use ISN to manage contractors and suppliers
• Collaborating with internal teams on customer retention and engagement efforts
• Supporting sales and marketing initiatives as you develop within the role
