Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Sales and Customer Solutions Representative in Texas to retain customers and upsell our services. You will engage in billing inquiries, resolve issues, and drive revenue growth while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills and familiarity with billing systems. Office-based, with a compensation package including incentives that boost earnings beyond base pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience in call center or sales is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with billing systems or service provisioning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to resolve billing inquiries and service questions.
• Retain customers and upsell Spectrum’s video, data and phone products.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy in every interaction.
• Meet activity targets using call handling metrics.
• Process orders in the billing system for existing and new accounts.
• Explain Spectrum products and compare with competitors.
• Support efforts to enhance the customer experience in every transaction.
