Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to be the face of our brand in stores across the region. You will promote Spectrum products and services, help customers find ideal solutions, and ensure a welcoming, well‑run store environment.

You’ll leverage strong communication and sales skills to meet personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer care and accurate, money-handling transactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payments.
• Comfort with personal technology, mobile devices and computer applications.
• Basic math skills.
• English fluency; Spanish bilingualism is a plus.
• 1–5 years sales/customer service experience (preferred).
• 1–3 years telecommunications/wireless experience (preferred).

Responsibilities
