Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist in Arlington, TX to promote and sell our portfolio of products and services. You’ll be the face of Spectrum, delivering exceptional customer care and driving sales at our store locations.

Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, educating customers, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of pricing and promotions while adhering to store standards. A High School Diploma is required, and bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is beneficial.
• Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Comfort with smartphones and video platforms; proficient with computer apps.
• Strong English reading/writing and communication skills.
