Job summary

Maxinsights is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to support the commercial team and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will collaborate with operations, BD/marketing, and technical teams to move opportunities efficiently from initial contact through the sales process.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically curious, and fluent in English and Mandarin. You will learn our data offerings and products while handling data samples and sales resources for customers.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in sales operations or related roles.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin with strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable learning technical products and concepts related to AI, ML, data services.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales team.
• Coordinate and respond to customer requests for data samples and sales materials.
• Prepare data samples, presentations, proposals, and product materials.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information and track follow-ups.
• Communicate with customers in English and Mandarin as needed.
