Duet is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to support U.S. Sales and Service teams, coordinate projects, analyze data, and manage CRM information. You will bridge U.S. and China teams, improve processes, and track progress from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, updating dashboards, and identifying operational opportunities to boost sales efficiency. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze sales and operational performance, including leads, conversions, revenue, and activity.
• Maintain and monitor CRM data for accuracy and currency.
• Create and update sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Identify issues and investigate root causes to improve processes.
• Coordinate projects between U.S. and China teams, tracking timelines and deliverables.
• Communicate requests and feedback between teams to ensure follow-through.
