Job summary

Prosum is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator for a full-time role in Santa Clara, CA. The ideal candidate is fully bilingual in Japanese and English and will research, compile, and manage sales leads while coordinating with the Japan HQ on orders, pricing, and delivery.

You will build key customer relationships and support the sales team with data-driven insights. You will manage the full PO cycle, review orders for accuracy, and prepare management reports.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Japanese and English required.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, monday.com) preferred.
• Strong project management and data analysis skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4–10 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Research and compile lists of prospective customers for sales leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
• Prepare sales and marketing presentation materials.
• Process POs, invoices, and changes; coordinate with Japan HQ.
• Monitor inventory, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Provide RMA, troubleshooting, and post-sales support.
• Review orders for accuracy and enter into the system.
