Maxinsights is seeking a Bilingual Business Development Operations Associate to support our growing commercial team and help deliver a seamless experience for customers in a technology-driven environment. You will collaborate with operations, business development/marketing, and technical teams to support requests, prepare data samples and sales materials, and move opportunities through the sales process.

Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, with the ability to learn our products and data

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in sales operations, sales support, or related roles.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong written and verbal skills.
• Able to learn technical products and data concepts.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales team.
• Coordinate and respond to customer requests for data samples and sales materials.
• Identify and prepare relevant data samples based on requirements.
• Help prepare presentations, proposals, and product materials for sales cycles.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with data, engineering, marketing, and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information and track follow-ups.
• Communicate with customers in English and Mandarin as needed.
• Identify process improvements to scale sales workflows.
