Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in sales support, operations, logistics, or similar roles.
• Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up ability.
• Proficient with Excel and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Support sales with order processing, follow-up, and contract coordination.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth order execution.
• Manage shipments, deliveries, and logistics.
• Assist with project tracking and cross-functional coordination.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation (Excel / Salesforce).
• Provide general administrative and operational support as needed.
