Job summary

Johnson Health Tech North America is seeking an Inside Sales and Operations Coordinator to manage account coordination, order processing, and timely shipments. You will use SAP and Microsoft Office daily, create quotes, and support the sales team with tracking and communications.

Fluency in Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, or Vietnamese is preferred. This role requires attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and the ability to coordinate with dealers, logistics, and showroom activities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• 2 years of administrative support experience preferred.
• Experience with lead generation and inside sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow order management process and ensure accurate data entry.
• Assist with maintaining Sales Force Database and track orders.
• Coordinate with sales reps to review open orders weekly.
• Process credit card payments to release orders and obtain tax-exempt certificates.
• Provide shipping, installation information and update quotes as needed.
• Support showroom, tradeshows, and dealer meetings coordination.
