Universal Processing LLC, operating as Let’s Go uP, seeks a Business Development Associate to drive new business through leads, cold calls, and appointments in a sales-focused role. You will be the brand ambassador, gathering client information and presenting payment solutions to SMBs.

This position emphasizes bilingual communication in Hindi or Urdu and strong phone skills. The role offers a paid training period, comprehensive benefits, and performance-based bonuses.

Qualificações

• Authorized to work in the US at time of hire (E-Verify)
• Bilingual proficiency in Hindi or Urdu; reading and writing required
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, critical thinking, detail-oriented and analytical abilities
• Excellent phone communication and negotiation-drive mindset

Compensation: This is a non-exempt position, with a base rate of $23.50/hour during the probationary period. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the base rate will increase to $26.00/hour.

Role Summary

This position serves as the first point of contact to our clients, as part of our sales department. You will be the brand ambassador to our company by introducing the business solutions we provide to the clients. This is a sales position. A Work Day of a Business Development Associate

Responsibilities

• Gather leads, conduct cold calls, and schedule appointments to develop new business.
• Engage conversations with small-to-medium-sized business owners by introducing products and services.
• Obtain business information such as business name, address, current marketing strategies, payment method, sales volume, and current pricing; inputting lead information into databases.
• Gather credit card processing statements for pricing analysis and to understand business financial situations.
• Follow up with potential clients to further engage business opportunities.Manage the business pipeline and develop a payment strategy for long-term success.
• Meet and exceed required sales targets.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire. We are an E-Verify employer!
• Bilingual proficiency in Hindi OR Urdu is required; must be able to read and write
• Highschool diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or related field preferred
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills, critical thinking, detail-oriented, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to be well-spoken and confidently connect with potential clients on the phone.
• Aptitude for learning and a drive to develop your negotiation and sales skills.
