The role requires strong communication, multitasking, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support sales, marketing, and customer service operations.
• Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
• Answer customer questions and assist with issue resolution.
• Enter and maintain customer orders while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist the Credit Department with account setup, billing inquiries, returns, and collections issues.
• Coordinate with the Transportation Department regarding late orders and delivery concerns.
• Prepare and distribute daily and weekly reports as needed.
• Maintain and update sales forms and related documentation.
