Job summary

Quaker Valley Foods is seeking a Sales Support Specialist in Northeast Philadelphia, PA. The role focuses on supporting sales, marketing, and customer service operations while handling customer orders with accuracy and professionalism.

You will respond to inquiries by phone, assist with order entry, and coordinate with Credit and Transportation teams to resolve issues and ensure timely deliveries. Strong MS Office skills and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.
• Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support sales, marketing, and customer service operations.
• Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
• Enter and maintain customer orders while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist the Credit Department with account setup, billing inquiries, returns, and collections issues.
• Coordinate with Transportation regarding late orders and delivery concerns.
• Prepare and distribute daily and weekly reports as needed.
• Maintain and update sales forms and related documentation.
