Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to communicate in a clear, professional manner.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule and overtime as requested.
• Working knowledge of telecommunications services including Video, Internet, Voice and Mobile products.
• Ability to use computer and multiple software applications simultaneously.
• Ability to demonstrate a record of success in your sales career to date.
• Bilingual in Spanish & English.

Responsibilities

• Actively handling inbound calls and addressing billing inquiries, pricing, and service complaints.
• Upsell or cross-sell products and services where appropriate to improve customer satisfaction.
• Master order processing within the billing system for retained accounts and new sales.
• Explain products and services clearly and competently to retain and upsell customers.
• Maintain professional communication and meet call handling metrics.
