Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Experience handling inbound/outbound sales leads via phone, text, and email.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails for leads in a timely, professional manner.
• Qualify customers by credit needs, vehicle preferences, and timelines.
• Set and confirm showroom appointments for the sales team.
• Log customer interactions accurately in DriveCentric CRM.
• Assist teammates with Spanish-language communications as needed.
• Meet or exceed appointment and show-rate targets.
