You will communicate in English and Spanish, build relationships, and drive customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities include responding to leads, following up with prospects, scheduling showroom visits, and maintaining CRM data.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required or highly preferred.
• Experience in sales, customer service, call center, BDC, or similar roles is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Confident, professional phone presence and ability to engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming customer leads via phone, email and online inquiries.
• Communicate in English and Spanish to understand needs and guide through purchasing process.
• Schedule appointments and provide information on vehicles, promotions, and inventory.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM and manage multiple leads.
