Job summary

Quirch Foods, LLC is seeking a customer service oriented professional to engage customers and facilitate growth. You will maintain accurate records, coordinate travel and meetings, and assist the Account Executive with managing accounts.

Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are required. Candidates should be prepared for 10–30% travel and support with order coordination and data reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field a plus
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual: English and Spanish required
• Ability to travel: 10–30%

Responsibilities

• Improves customer service experience, engages customers and facilitates organic growth
• Keeps accurate records and documents customer service actions and discussions
• Coordinates travel arrangements, meetings, conferences, and events
• Assist Account Executive with account management
• Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed
• Resolves promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies
• Contacts customers directly when necessary
• Assists customers with existing and new orders, account statuses and relevant problems
• Collaborates with internal departments for order coordination and delivery
• Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team
• Other duties as assigned
