Job summary

Quirch Foods, LLC in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service/Account Support associate to improve the customer experience and support organic growth across the supply chain. You will keep accurate records, coordinate meetings, and assist the Account Executive with order management.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a bilingual English/Spanish ability.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED preferred; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Improves customer service experience and engages customers to facilitate organic growth.
• Keeps accurate records and documents customer service actions and discussions.
• Coordinates travel arrangements, meetings, conferences, and events.
• Assist Account Executive with account management.
• Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed.
• Resolves promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies.
• Contacts customers directly when necessary.
• Collaborates with internal departments for order coordination and delivery.
• Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team.
• Other duties as assigned.
