Job summary

Cricket Wireless, through Mobilelink, is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Brownsville, TX. You will deliver solutions to customers, drive store sales, and represent the Cricket brand with professionalism.

Must be fluent in English and Spanish, provide excellent customer service, and be available 32 hours per week including evenings and weekends. Training and tools are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish).
• Clear communication skills- Attitude and customer service mindset.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales background is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Cricket Wireless with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leadership with operations and daily duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs with potential bonuses.
• Occasionally participate in outside sales events and community activities to drive growth.
