Job summary

Mobilelink, Cricket Wireless' largest authorized retailer in the United States, is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Houston, TX. You will help customers select wireless solutions, drive sales, and represent the Cricket brand with professionalism.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional service, meeting KPIs, and assisting with store operations. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; 32 hours/week minimum including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work minimum 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Reliable transportation and reside within 30 minutes of the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding their needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent the Cricket Wireless brand professionally and courteously.
• Assist store leaders with operations and daily duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs with potential bonus payments.
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions as needed to support growth.
