Job summary

Mobilelink West LLC in Texas is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate to serve Cricket Wireless customers in our store. You will listen to needs and provide tailored wireless solutions with friendly, professional service.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, representing the Cricket brand with integrity, and supporting store operations. English and Spanish fluency, strong communication, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages; English and Spanish required.
• Clear communication skills and attitude with technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales background helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work minimum 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customers' needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Represent the Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with operations and duties.
• Aim to achieve sales goals and KPIs and participate in promotional activities and events.
