Cricket Wireless Mobilelink in Austin, TX seeks a bilingual Sales Advocate to deliver outstanding customer service and tailor wireless solutions for customers. The role offers uncapped commission potential and a defined path toward leadership.

You will represent the Cricket brand, support store operations, and participate in events as needed. English and Spanish fluency, reliable transportation, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Formación

• Must be fluent in two or more languages; English and Spanish required.
• Clear communication skills, positive attitude and aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• A retail sales background is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the store location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of a home store and may work at multiple locations within a district.
• Ability to operate a personal computer and maintain a neat appearance.
