Cricket Wireless, Mobilelink’s trusted wireless retailer, is seeking a bilingual Sales Advocate in the United States. You will serve customers with tailored wireless solutions and represent the Cricket brand with professionalism.

This role supports store operations and aims to achieve sales KPIs, with occasional participation in events outside the store. The position requires fluent English and Spanish, strong communication, and a passion for customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in two or more languages; English and Spanish required.
• Excellent communication and customer service throughout interactions.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Represent Cricket Wireless professionally and uphold brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with daily store operations and meet sales KPIs.
• Participate in outside events or promotions as needed.
• Stand for long periods and assist with inventory stocking and event setup.
