Job summary

M.C. Dean, a leader in building intelligence, seeks a Safety Professiona1 (Bilingual) to oversee S&H and risk management for projects.

You will develop site-specific safety plans, coordinate with customers and project teams, and lead ORM activities to ensure compliance and safe operations. The role requires strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, ANSI-Z10, and OHSAS 18001, plus experience in training and safety program development.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of safety and health experience with a high school diploma.
• 4+ years with an Associate Degree in a related field.
• 0+ years with a Bachelor's Degree; a Bachelor's is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and project teams on site safety plans and mitigation measures.
• Lead ORM (Operational Risk Management) activities and incident investigations.
• Develop and implement Site-Specific Accident Prevention Programs and training plans.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, ANSI-Z10, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
• Maintain project safety budgets and safe work permits.
• Assist with safety program development and contract requirements.
