Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Safety Professional to oversee Construction Safety, Health & Risk Management on diverse projects in Virginia. You will develop site-specific safety plans, lead the ORM process, and coach project teams to keep people safe and compliant.

Responsibilities include coordinating with General Contractors, delivering SH training, implementing APPs, and ensuring OSHA, DOT, and ANSI/OHSAS alignment. Strong communication in English/Spanish is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting S&H training and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of ANSI-Z10, OSHAS standards and ISO frameworks.
• Trainer certification (OSHA 500/502) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with GC/owner on site safety and non-compliance issues.
• Lead ORM team to develop and implement project safety plans.
• Deliver S&H training and prepare technical reports.
• Ensure OSHA/DOT compliance and incident reporting.
• Develop Site Specific Accident Prevention Programs (APP).
