M.C. Dean is seeking a bilingual Safety Professional to oversee the Manufacturing Facility's Safety & Health (S&H) and risk management programs.

You will lead the ORM process, develop project safety plans, and collaborate with facility management while ensuring regulatory compliance and training delivery. The role requires extensive S&H experience, OSHA/DOT knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple safety initiatives with practical, thorough solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years with a high school diploma
• 4+ years with an Associate Degree
• 0+ years with a Bachelor’s Degree; Bachelor’s preferred
• Experience conducting S&H training and regulatory compliance (1910, 1926, EM-385 1-1)
• Safety Management Systems knowledge; ANSI-Z10, OHSAS 18001, ISO 3100/ISO45001

Aufgaben

• Oversee Manufacturing Facility Safety & Health (S&H) and Risk Management
• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and ORM processes
• Lead ORM team to review and create project safety plans
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, insurance audits, and health surveys
• Prepare incident investigations and reporting
• Create and deliver S&H training programs and APP plans
• Collaborate with project teams, customers, and contractors/suppliers
