Job summary

Mobilelink seeks an experienced Retail Store Manager in Corpus Christi, TX to lead store sales, service, and daily operations for Cricket Wireless. You will coach and develop the team, execute promotions, and ensure a first-class customer experience.

You will schedule staff, monitor performance, protect assets, and partner with district leadership to maximize profitability while maintaining compliance and a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Two years retail sales management experience.
• Two years recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Fluent English communication.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation within 30 minutes radius of home store.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for execution of sales, service and customer experience in-store.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to succeed.
• Launch new products, services, or promotions with confidence.
• Train staff on products and promotions.
• Schedule staff to budgeted hours and maintain a clean, inviting environment.
• Support HR and Loss Prevention in investigations as needed.
• Protect assets and ensure compliance with policies.
