Mobilelink is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Texas to lead a Cricket Wireless location. You will drive sales, customer service, and store operations, coaching a team to meet targets and deliver outstanding experiences.

Responsibilities include staff training, product promotions, and collaboration with district leadership to ensure successful launches. You will manage scheduling, oversee inventory, and ensure compliance while fostering a positive, high-performing store culture.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of proven retail sales management experience.
• 2 years of recruiting, hiring, and developing store teams.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Inspire, coach, and motivate the store team to succeed.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience consistently.
• Educate staff on compensation plans and maximize sales.
• Coordinate with District Manager to launch new products and promotions.
• Ensure staff are trained on new products and promotions.
