Job summary

Mobilelink seeks a Bilingual Retail Store Manager to oversee all sales and operations at a Cricket Wireless location. You will lead a team, drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and manage inventory and store standards.

You must be fluent in English and Spanish, with 2+ years retail sales management and recruiting experience. The role requires flexible hours, strong leadership, and the ability to train staff on promotions and new products.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, bilingual capability required.
• Minimum 2 years proven retail sales management experience.
• 2+ years recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Strong sales skills with ability to meet/exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for executing sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach team to succeed; create an environment for employees to excel.
• Educate personnel on compensation plan and maximize sales opportunities.
• Launch new products, services, or processes with District Manager support.
• Ensure staff training on new products and promotions.
• Assist Human Resources and Loss Prevention with investigations and compliance.
