Qualifications

• Must speak fluent English.
• Two years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales).
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead the team with coaching to inspire and drive success.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience consistently.
• Educate personnel on the compensation plan and maximize sales.
• Partner with the District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure staff are trained on new products and promotions to sell with confidence.
• Assist in Human Resources and Loss Prevention investigations.
