Job summary

Mobilelink is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee the Cricket Wireless location’s sales, service, and operations. You will lead a team, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching, and strong scheduling. You will partner with district leadership for product launches, training, and compliance, and participate in events to boost growth. On-site with flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Two years of proven retail sales management experience.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to succeed; inspire, engage, and motivate staff.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Educate personnel on the compensation plan and maximize sales.
• Partner with the District Manager to launch new products, services, or promotions.
• Ensure staff are trained on new products and promotions.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention in investigations.
• Schedule staff to budgeted hours and maintain store standards.
• Maintain a clean, inviting atmosphere for customers and ensure back-office compliance.
• Participate in outside events and community engagements to support growth.
