Job summary

Mobilelink is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead sales and operations in one of our Cricket Wireless locations. You’ll coach a team, drive customer experiences, manage inventory, and roll out new products in collaboration with the District Manager.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail store leadership, bilingual English and Spanish, and a passion for coaching others. It offers unlimited earning potential, health benefits, PTO after 90 days, and a fast-growing, supportive environment

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (commissioned environment preferred).
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to coach teams and exceed sales goals.
