Mobilelink USA LLC in Brownsville, TX is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee sales and operations of the Cricket Wireless location. You will lead a team, drive customer service, achieve sales targets, and manage inventory.

The RSM will recruit and develop staff, train on promotions, partner with district management, and ensure compliance and a welcoming store environment. This full-time role offers unlimited growth potential with Cricket Wireless.

Qualifications

• Two years of proven retail sales management experience.
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet/exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Must speak fluent English and work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to succeed and engage staff.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Always deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Educate personnel on the compensation plan and maximize sales.
• Partner with District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure staff are trained on new products and promotions.
• Support HR and Loss Prevention in investigations.
• Staff and schedule to budgeted hours; maintain clean, inviting store.
