Mobilelink LLC in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-growing Cricket Wireless retail environment. You will manage a team, recruit and develop staff, schedule shifts, and partner with district leadership to launch promotions while ensuring compliance and a welcoming store atmosphere.

Formación

• Two years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales, commissioned sales).
• Two years recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills with ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to succeed.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Educate personnel on the compensation plan and maximize sales.
• Partner with District Manager to launch new products and promotions.
• Ensure training on new products and promotions for sales confidence.
• Support Human Resources and Loss Prevention in investigations.
• Staff schedules to meet budgeted hours; maintain store cleanliness and inviting atmosphere.
• Adhere to back-office processes and timely communications.
• Participate in outside events to support customer acquisition and brand growth.
