Job summary

Mobilelink LLC is seeking a proactive Retail Store Manager to oversee the sales and operations of a Cricket Wireless location. You will lead a team to achieve sales goals, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and maintain store standards and inventory control.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and the ability to train staff on promotions and compensation plans, while coordinating with district management for product launches and events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail sales management experience
• 2+ years recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet/exceed performance standards
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for execution of in-store sales, service, and customer experience initiatives
• Coach and motivate the team to achieve targets
• Ensure a clean, inviting store environment and compliant processes
• Train staff on products, promotions, and compensation plan
• Support human resources and loss prevention investigations as needed
• Schedule staffing to budgeted hours and coordinate with district leadership
