Mobilelink LLC, a Cricket Wireless dealer, is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee sales and store operations in Burlington, NC. You will drive performance, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer experience while rolling out new products and services.

You will own the store’s results, inspire excellence, manage inventory, and handle administrative duties like compliance and reporting. The role requires 1+ year of retail sales management and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (commissioned environment).
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership with recruiting and development skills.
• Exceptional sales ability and a drive to exceed targets.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Own the sales and operations of your store, driving business performance and team success.
• Lead by example, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Manage inventory and rollout new products/services with the District Manager.
• Train and develop your team to sell with confidence and knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment for every customer.
• Play an active role on the sales floor to coach and motivate.
• Handle administrative duties like compliance and reporting.
