O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Temple, Texas. This role supports store management in customer service, operations, and team leadership. Responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer interactions and managing shift duties during the absence of senior staff.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for retail, and preferably some automotive knowledge. Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to lead the store team effectively.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification for store management responsibilities.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts, is desirable.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is beneficial.
• ASE Certification is a plus, especially for auto parts knowledge.
• Fluency in Spanish or multiple languages is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in daily operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service for retail and professional customers.
• Manage shift responsibilities in the absence of senior management.
• Supervise execution on customer service programs and overall appearance.
• Handle returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Perform store opening and closing duties per company policy.
