Qualifications

• Required: Strong communication skills.
• Required: Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Desired: Retail sales experience, auto parts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise showroom customer service programs.
• Handle store opening/closing duties and cash procedures.
• Process buy online/ship to store orders and transfers.
• Ensure returns, refunds, and exchanges are processed correctly.
• Communicate Zipline messages and merchandising tasks.
• Shift management in the absence of store leadership.
